We are an independent secondary market ticket reseller and are not the event organizer, venue, official box office, or designated ticket sales agent for this event.

2. Pricing Disclosure

All ticket prices are subject to the prices displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Displayed ticket prices include mandatory service fees and other required charges. Applicable taxes and optional services selected by the customer, if any, will be clearly disclosed before payment.

3. Event Information and Changes

Event dates, times, venues, programs, and other event details are subject to change by the event organizer, artist, venue, or due to other circumstances. Final event arrangements shall prevail.

4. Seating Information

Ticket section, row, and seat number, where applicable, will be displayed on the product page, order details, or electronic ticket. The final issued ticket will determine the actual seat location.

5. Ticket Delivery

Tickets will be delivered using the method specified in the order confirmation. Electronic tickets may be delivered by email, an electronic ticketing platform, or another designated method. Delivery times may vary depending on the event and ticketing arrangements.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Ticket refunds, cancellations, and changes are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any terms applicable to the specific event. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly permitted under the applicable policy, confirmed ticket orders may not be canceled, changed, or refunded.

7. Canceled, Postponed, or Rescheduled Events

If an event is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled, related orders will be handled in accordance with the event organizer's arrangements, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and applicable law. Postponed or rescheduled events may not automatically qualify for a refund.

8. Order Confirmation

Submitting an order does not constitute final confirmation. An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of an order confirmation. If an order cannot be completed due to ticket availability, payment issues, or other circumstances, it will be handled in accordance with the applicable policy.
